3. Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing StoryBookDreamArt LLC. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

3.1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our Site.

3.2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@storybookdreamart.com with your order number in the subject line. After the 12-hour window, cancellations are not possible as production has already commenced.

3.3. Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order. As a result we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once production has started.

3.4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3.5. Incorrect Orders

In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

At StoryBookDreamArt LLC, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our Cancellation Policy below.

5.1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as production will have begun.

5.2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@storybookdreamart.com with your order number and request.

5.3. Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, you will not be charged, or your payment will be refunded if already processed.

5.4. Unable to Cancel

If you attempt to cancel after the 12-hour window, we regret that we cannot accommodate the request due to the custom nature of our products. Your order will proceed to production and fulfillment.
